3/11/25-Original/Initial Post-One Star; Probably the worst service experience I have ever had, and I have been driving for over 40 years. After spending about an hour on the phone with the FordPass App connectivity group they told me they couldn’t help and told me to make a service appointment. I called DCH Ford in Eatontown and was told that they have one EV mechanic and that I would probably need to leave the car for a day or two for them to troubleshoot my Bluetooth disconnect-ivity issues. When I asked about a loaner car I was told that they only have 5 cars and that they are all out on long-term loans. I am now waiting for a call back from Kyle, their service manager. I am extremely disappointed with this service experience after spending over 50k on a Mustang Mach E GT less than six months ago.
