I brought my vehicle in for an oil pressure problem. Matt was my service contact and he was great. The oil pressure problem was fixed, as well as a door hinge recall. I recommend DCH without hesitation.

When I explained what had to be done, to my surprise, the mechanic wouldn't even look at it. I went back online and took my chance on contacting another dealer service center, that being DCH FORD in Eatontown. After speaking with the agent Janine, she said to email her all of the issues. She got back to me right away and told me mechanic said he would have no problem fixing both issues with aftermarket parts, but that I would need to drop it off for him to first hand assess the repairs needed. After their detailed explanation of the work needed and what it would cost, I proceeded to have the work done. A week later the good news.... Both issues were fixed as good as new. I also let them fix a fan clutch with which they recommended but did not push the issue.When I picked up my Lincoln I was told it had been sheltered the whole time there. They even wiped it down. When I went to pick it up, it looked showroom new and everything worked as good as new! You would never have known that my beautiful Lincoln's door and dash has been disassembled. It was worth every penny! Not only are the DCH technicians and staff experts they are careful experts and that is most important.
I was also very happy that my regular mechanic was honest enough not to go tearing into something he wasn't comfortable with. From now on for any of these major issues DCH Ford service center is my new go to.
Had oil change,On way home air dam under engine was not secured,Clips were gone,This is the second time this has happened,Im not happy..Also i purchased the vehicle in december,there is a water leak on passenger front floor,Was told its not covered under warranty,and i have to pay..If it is not covered i will contact ford directly..
