The dealership was clean and neat. Associates were respectable and polite. But the biggest difference was Cecil, the GM. Im 69 , have been in many many dealerships from Minnesota, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, but have never ran into a GM with as much class as Cecil.
