Just Bought a gorgeous 2021 Ford Bronco from Chase who works there and what a “above and beyond” experience from this very nice young man! I highly recommend using him as your salesman and the sales manager was also wonderful as well ! I work overnights (nurse) and live 30 mins away so they delivered Bronco right to my door as a courtesy:) I will only be dealing with this dealership in the future

The AC died in Florida so we took the car to a Fl Ford dealer where they kept the car for 8 days and tried to sell us $8-10,000 worth of repairs. We called Kyle Warren, who was not in agreement with their assessment. After a few calls with Kyle, we opted to hold off on the repairs until we could get the car back to NJ, where Tommy did a fantastic job of repairing the AC quickly. The worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a used car only one month ago, and after just 13 days, it started having serious problems. I took it back to the dealership, but they only cleared the error codes instead of fixing the actual issues.
The salesperson was rude and arrogant, and the managers never provided a real solution. I have already made my first car payment, but I was only able to drive the car for 13 days.
